Despite the heavy times in our country, we are determined to keep spreading colorful love 🌈. Science tells us that color can be therapeutic and uplifting to our souls. It makes us so happy to see beautiful women all over the world rock our Alyson Renee designs. Katia of Bewolf fashion was just featured in a 3 page spread in Elle magazine:) She also put on a spectacular runway show during Montreal fashion week this August and styled a bunch of Alyson Renée designs so perfectly. Last month we travelled to San Juan, Puerto Rico to capture some beach and rainforest photoshoots and also spend some downtime in the sun.  A little bit of work and a lot of tropical relaxation always helps to get the creative juices flowing. We were in the middle of a photoshoot and suddenly the sky got dark and the rain came down so hard and quickly before we could escape to our hotel (which was directly on the beach). Happy Spring! NYC is warming up (a bit) and we are enjoying exciting things here at Alyson Renee.  A few weeks ago I was selected to pitch Alyson Renee to NYC Retailer 'Story' owner Rachel Shechtman & Home Shopping Network's CEO Mindy Grossman. I'm truly feeling so grateful for these opportunities and the incredible feedback received. Rachel (Story owner) loved trying on the new silk sarong & excitedly asked if we could do an in-store workshop to make them. I wish we could recreate these pieces in a day workshop, but the process can take 8-10 hours and be quite messy....
